Quality management is a critical factor in the production and installation of fire protection products such as fire doors, smoke extraction ducts, fire curtains, and fire dampers. During the production process, adherence to technical standards and safety regulations is essential. From selecting raw materials to the manufacturing process, every step must be tightly controlled to ensure the final product's quality. For fire doors, fire curtains, and fire dampers, this includes checking the material thickness, durability, and fire resistance in compliance with TCVN 13581:2023, TCVN 3890:2023, Amendment 1:2023, and QCVN 06:2022/BXD standards.

Each product has a design process, design verification, and must be approved and built into a Bill of Materials (BOM) before production.
For batch-produced products, a sample version must be created and checked against the drawings and requirements.
The drawings stored in the system are the base drawings, which have been corrected after comparing with the sample.
The batch production process has a daily and weekly work plan for each team and individual.
Before delivery, the product must be checked by a technician to ensure accuracy, safety, and aesthetics.
Any deviations in production that are not planned must be reported and addressed immediately when they occur.
